HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
At the time of delivery by COURIER, the customer receives the parcel tracking number by email.
HOW TO EXCHANGE PRODUCT?
Write us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. Products within the exchange are sent to the customer by courier.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Products are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received via UPS, DPD or DHL. During increased sales, i.e. during Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday, Women's Day and during the promotion, the delivery time may be longer from 2-4 business days. Delivery time depends on the choice of supplier.
ARE THE PRODUCTS PRODUCED IN EUROPE?
Yes, the entire Promees collection is made in Europe, the material used in production is also European producers.
